Replacement Policy<\/strong>
We do not provide refunds; however, we offer a replacement if the product is found to be damaged or defective upon delivery. Customers are eligible for a replacement under the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Eligibility for Replacement:<\/strong>
     a) The product must be damaged or defective upon delivery.
     b) You must notify us within 2 days of receiving the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. How to Request a Replacement:<\/strong>
     a) Contact our customer support via email at help.healthtrak@gmail.com.
     b) Please include a video recording showing the damaged or defective product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Replacement Process:<\/strong>
     a) Once we receive your email and verify the issue, we will arrange for a replacement of the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Important Notes:<\/strong>
     a) We do not offer refunds or partial refunds under any circumstances.
     b) Replacements will only be provided if the above conditions are met.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
