Thank you for purchasing our Healthtrak resistance bands. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our policy regarding replacements:

Replacement Policy
We do not provide refunds; however, we offer a replacement if the product is found to be damaged or defective upon delivery. Customers are eligible for a replacement under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Replacement:
     a) The product must be damaged or defective upon delivery.
     b) You must notify us within 2 days of receiving the product.

2. How to Request a Replacement:
     a) Contact our customer support via email at help.healthtrak@gmail.com.
     b) Please include a video recording showing the damaged or defective product.

3. Replacement Process:
     a) Once we receive your email and verify the issue, we will arrange for a replacement of the product.

Important Notes:
     a) We do not offer refunds or partial refunds under any circumstances.
     b) Replacements will only be provided if the above conditions are met.
